Tapely Park and Instow

A lovely sunrise woke us on the Monday. Well ok, the lovely sunrise woke Irene and me. The men took a little longer.

We headed over the bridge to Instow and Tapely Park, sheltering in the Summer house (known as the Toots for some reason) when a heavy shower hit.

Mark explained to the livestock that he is a vegetarian…

Always pleased to see Swedes in a vegetable garden!

…and I thought the Jurassic Coast was in South Devon!

Then on to Instow for afternoon tea and a brisk walk on the beach…along with an awful lot of dogs!

We could see Dockside from the other side of the Torridge (the white house with the conservatory).
