Lynton and Lynmouth

Irene and I were – as usual – up and about before our men, so set out with cameras to capture the essence of Appledore.

We were puzzled by this pink house that appears to not have a front door!

Then on to Lynton to get the cliff railway down to Lynmouth. I am not sure Kenth was all that keen on the cliffside railway…

Back up to Lynton for a wander around and the chance to investigate the church (and make friends with a very sociable robin the churchyard)
