the Silk Wood at Westonbirt Arboretum with a dog called George

On Thursdays I have a regular date with George, my other man. As Mark was on holiday, it really didn’t seem right to ditch him for George so the three of us headed to the Silk Wood at Westonbirt (dogs are not allowed in the arboretum itself). The sun shone, the bluebells and other wildflowers looked and smelled divine and all was well with the world (although George thought we ate rather too much of our lunch and did not share enough with him!).

Mark and I have season tickets for Westonbirt Arboretum – one of our favourite places to go for a walk.
